Geek in St Pete, and Kirk Malicki, will not be held liable for lost data or any damage resulting from a repair session remote or otherwise. We cannot be held responsible for a computer in a previously unknown condition. Such a computer could be in a condition of imminent failure and, as such, could fail during a remote repair session or a repair service and appear to have been caused by the remote repair session or repair service. Although our technicians take precautions, there is always a risk of accidental data loss. By purchasing support or computer repair from Geek in St Pete, and Kirk Malicki, you agree to all the terms of service herein and assume all risks. Geek in St Pete, and Kirk Malicki, will NOT be held responsible for any damages caused by the services of any third-party service providers recommended by us or not.
Fees

My services and fees are as follows: Click link to see   Phone support or training. This is where you are at your computer trying to fix it. This is charged by 15 minute segments at  $87.00 per hour. There is a $35.00 minimum.
A house or office visit is $87.00 for the 1st hour, one hour minimum.

If you bring it into my shop/office/home… it’s $87.00 per hour. Or Package Price as described below.

Complete Restore $160.00, This includes all updated drivers to current year, Anti-Virus software, etc.  Will restore it to out of the box condition, like brand new. Your pictures and data backed up, all programs and printers installed.

Price may vary if you don’t have the restore disks (we can order them)
Data Recovery
Geek in St Pete and Kirk Malicki will not be held liable for lost data or any damage resulting from Data Recovery from hard drives, CD/DVD disks, USB drives, zip drives or any other data storage devices. We cannot be held responsible for any storage device that has already failed or could be in a condition of imminent failure. You should understand that any or all data from such failed or failing data storage devices may not be recoverable, Further, some of the data recovered from failed or failing devices may be corrupted. Geek in St Pete and Kirk Malicki will recover as much data as possible from such failed or fail data storage devices. All data files whether good, corrupted or previously deleted will be returned to you.
Privacy   By using Geek in St Pete – Kirk Malicki, you signify your acceptance of this Policy Statement… Geek in St Pete, and Kirk Malicki, greatly values your privacy. Any information we collect from our customers is solely for our own internal use. Geek in St Pete and Kirk Malicki, does not give nor sell this information to any third party except for information securely transmitted to an outside credit card processing company so that we may accept credit cards for purchases. Credit card information is transmitted thru PayPal’s SSL encrypted web page and not view-able by anyone. Geek in St Pete, aka PERSONAL GEEK ONE-ON-ONE and Kirk Malicki cannot view or otherwise access your credit card number.
